During the course you'll gain more insight from a management perspective into these topics during the weekly theory lectures. In addition we will dive deeper into your own life, who you are as (future) professional. Considering that the world changes constantly, your greatest ability is to learn. What knowledge and skills do you possess and what do you want to learn? You have the freedom to decide where you want to go and what ideals you live for. These shape who you are and which thing you put effort into. We will also spend time to explore emotional intelligence since EQ has proven to be a greater influence on your success than IQ in the long run. It also provides you more insight into a highly understated topic: happiness! In short weekly portfolio assignments you will investigate and formulate your personal point of view on these topics.

Gamification is the use of game elements and mechanics in non-game contexts to engage and motivate learners. In this course, educators will learn how to incorporate gamification techniques into their classrooms to increase student engagement and motivation.
